Any day spent in nature is a gift. As a trained & certified Wilderness First Responder (Sentinel Outdoor Institute — USA) and a licensed Psychologist, I am passionate about wellness. My mission is to enable people on their wellness journey either in nature or in a clinical setting.

Mountain Slayers Kenya has one basic tenet — 'Treasure and nourish relationships': Relationship with God, Relationship with Self, Relationship with the environment and Relationships with the community of hikers. There is no better way to touch these four areas than being in the great outdoors, enjoying God's creation, using the quiet time in nature for introspection, using the moments on expeditions to encourage or receive encouragement from fellow slayers, and finally appreciate the healing qualities of the different environments we explore.
